To discover available homes, please consult local real estate listings for the most current updates. As all units are privately held, our management office does not manage rentals or maintain an internal vacancy list.
What community services are included in residency?
Residency at Oppenheimer Place offers a worry-free lifestyle with comprehensive amenities. Your monthly fees cover landscaping, shared common property maintenance, and essential utilities like water, gas, sewer, trash, and basic cable (with a one-time fee of $150.00). On-site, you can enjoy our shared library, puzzle rooms, TV lounges, pool table, and a ping pong table. We also provide large washing machines for bulky items for residents use only. Residents also have access to a patio room and dining hall, equipped with two refrigerators, one electric stove oven range, and miscellaneous items to help you when hosting events, which can be reserved for private events at no extra cost. For visitors, we offer comfortable guest suites. Each unit is assigned one indoor parking (pending availability). Our goal is to provide a seamless, supportive living environment for every member of our community.
